Lam tiled our bathroom floor. He does great work and I appreciated his communication and transparency throughout the estimate and build process. He provided a reasonable quote up front and stuck to the cost. Lam was really careful regarding cleanup too. I would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again for future work.

Lam, Tile Excellence, tiled a bathroom for me recently. He did the main bathroom and the shower and shower floor.He did an excellent job. He takes pride in his work and it shows.He is punctual, turns up when he says he will. He calls if there is a change of plan and reschedules.He offers advice when requested. He recommended we not use a rubber tray as the shower floor. He said a tiled floor would work well and look nicer. We followed his advice and he was correct. He also provided advice on installation of a shower door. All made perfect sense.He pays attention to detail and will not cut corners. I highly recommend using Lam for tile installation services. He installed a subway tile backsplash in my newly remodeled kitchen and did an excellent job! He was very professional, kept a very clean work space, and we can not find a single flaw in his work. We will certainly use his services again!
